The shop behind the gates
Affordable Texas Steel is a small fabrication shop in Magnolia, Texas. We build steel gates, fences, railings and doors with our own hands, then drive them to your place and install them. No catalog, no middleman, no surprise on the bill.
- Who
- Affordable Texas Steel is owned and run by Ed Rodriguez, a welder and fabricator based in Magnolia, Texas. The person who quotes your job is the person who welds it and installs it.
- What
- Custom steel driveway gates and openers, ornamental iron fences, wire mesh and cedar fences on steel frames, interior stair railings and guardrails, porch handrails, security doors and courtyard gates, plus repairs on gates and fences we did not build.
- Where
- Our shop is in Magnolia (Montgomery County). We install across Tomball, The Woodlands, Conroe, Spring, Cypress, Katy, Houston and the towns in between. We are a service-area business, so there is no showroom: we come to you.
- How
- Free on-site measure, a written price before we cut steel, fabrication in our shop, installation on the day we agreed, and cleanup when we leave. Most jobs run one to three weeks from approved design to install.
- Why the name
- Because that is the deal: shop prices with no reseller in the middle, on steel that is built to hold up in Gulf Coast humidity and hurricane season. Great prices every day, not just on a sale.
